The Healthcare Communications Association (HCA) is an independent, not-for-profit organisation with the stated aim of promoting excellence and best practice in the field of healthcare communications.  It is now a high profile and influential player in the healthcare arena and has sufficient influence and credibility to shape opinion and lead debate.  The HCA counts a significant proportion of the leading communications consultancies and pharmaceutical companies among its members.

Latest HCA Event: HCA and Code in Practice Workshop: Working with Healthcare Professionals and Patient Groups within the 2008 ABPI Code of Practice 

The next HCA training event will take place on 24 September 2008 in Central London.  The HCA in partnership with Code in Practice is delighted to announce two bespoke workshops looking specifically at the implications of the 2008 ABPI Code of Practice revisions on two of the most significant areas of activity for healthcare communications practitioners: working with healthcare professionals and working with patient groups.
