The Benchmarking Sub-Committee is chaired by Aline Beresford.
The HCA carried out the first ever Healthcare PR Agency Benchmarking Survey on pricing and practices in 2003 and this has now become an annual fixture, along with a more recently introduced Pharmaceutical Company Benchmarking Survey.
A key overall objective of the benchmarking process is to support optimum working practices in healthcare PR, both between and within agency and industry organisations. HCA members have exclusive access to detailed summaries of both agency and summary findings, providing a valuable tool for objective analysis of all key aspects of their business.
