The annual benchmarking surveys have consistently highlighted recruitment as a key business-critical issue and the Careers Working Group Sub-Committee aims to address the issues associated with:

• Encouraging a greater number of candidates to enter the healthcare communications industry
• Improving the efficiency of recruiting healthcare communications candidates to consultancy and industry positions

The 'Careers' section of the website was launch in late 2006 and provides a range of useful resources.
