The HCA Benchmarking Sub-Committee is pleased to advise that you can now download a summary of the findings of the 2007-08 Benchmarking. The main report, 'The Changing Shape of Healthcare Communications', looks at how environmental influences on healthcare communications practice are leading to diversification of communications activities and asks how we can exert positive influence to shape the future. A special supplement, 'Consultancy selection and the procurement process', benchmarks current industry and consultancy experience against the guiding principles of best practice identified during the recent HCA procurement programme and the appendix gives you more information about the HCA and the Benchmarking Survey.
